I just wanted to thank you all for the support you have provided us during beta. The help we've received over the past couple months has been fantastic and it really motivates us to keep pushing on.

If you look at our monthly GTOP voting you can see that our daily vote counts have been continuously increasing! We've reached rank 20 without the premium boost and would be rank 13 with it. For a server still in beta, this is amazing and I can't thank you guys enough for continuing to support us.

We know that there are a lot of players waiting for the official release before playing and we are equally excited for it as well, but we want make sure that our gameplay is refined and bugless before we launch. I assure you that your patience will be worth it!

Hello Maplers,

Over the past few weeks, many of you have been asking us to provide a specific date for the beginning of Open Beta. Although, I generally dislike providing specific dates due to the additional stress of deadlines, it has been absolutely wonderful to see so much interest from the entire community. Thus, after discussing it with the rest of the MapleLegends Staff, we have chosen the following date to begin our Open Beta phase: Friday January 23, 2015

MapleLegends has been in constant development since August 2014 and we hope that we can provide all of you with an enjoyable, one-of-a-kind gaming experience. Although we are a low rate pre-Big Bang GMS-Like server, we welcome and highly encourage all types of players to give it a try.

The purpose of Open Beta is to allow all of you to help us test out some of our game's features, and provide your feedback and thoughts about them. We've received many very helpful suggestions and bug reports from all of our closed beta testers and we look forward to hearing from all of the open beta testers as well. There will be a wipe following Open Beta, but all testers who surpass a TBD (to be determined) level requirement will be rewarded with some goodies on the first character they create following the full release.

If you have any questions, we are happy to answer them on the forum.
