The way it works is simple: whenever you complete a party quest, you will gain a free teleport for the next time you'll want to challenge it.
Double-click on the Adventurer Scroll to use it.
Remember: to gain more free warps, you will need to complete the party quest again. You can only hold one charge at a time, for each party quest!
